Research
Personas were leveraged to keep constant empathy right within reach while designing. Two personas were created: One for participants and another for faciliators
Personas
Wireframing
A sketch is where it really starts getting fun. I like to sketch even during stakeholder meetings while we learn more about the requirements and vision.
The Sketch
With low-fidelity wireframes, the team finds that vision to roll with. Things like the structure of the categories vs sections vs prompts start making more sense. Architects were able to give label to these things functionalities and iteration can take place on elements.

High-Fidelity Design
I leveraged the company design system to give it the brand’s feel, but particularly established a key color scheme, drop shadows, and illustrations. The goal was to make it feel modern and trustworthy.
Styles & COmponents
My aim as far as the High-Fidelity design was to find the perfect blend of simple experience and modern feel.
